OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

iEvent as an official supplier of the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, also known as the ACO, the organiser of the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the past 100 years, is now in the process of obtaining ISO 20121 certification. This certification aims to position this unique event on a sustainable development level and guarantee a more responsible event.

iEvent as a major player in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and other events, our objective is to meet the standards relating to this certification in order to guarantee a more responsible and sustainable event, in line with current environmental issues.

In our operations, we favour renting rather than buying our materials to limit over-consumption, waste and waste production. We are well aware of the environmental issues linked to our events and ephemeral activities.

Furthermore, we want to boost the circular economy and rely on the know-how of our local craftsmen and partners to participate in our projects. This approach also contributes to reducing our carbon footprint.

Today, iEvent is able to offer you products in line with your CSR approach (eco-responsible furniture, reused carpet tiles, etc.)

iEvent is constantly re assessing all its internal, external and social processes as to how best contribute and promote preserving the environment, reduce emissions and promote Corporate Social Responsibility. Many of our direct or indirect work forces belong to minorities and within the company of 14 staff members 62% is female and only 38% is male.

OUR SOCIAL COMMITMENTS

Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque

For more than 10 years, we have supported the Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque association. This organisation enables children with heart defects from underprivileged countries that do not have the technical and financial means to receive lifesaving surgery and obtain adequate healthcare.

As the official partner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque annually organises a prestigious charity event at the 24H du Mans, a fundraising event to finance surgeries which welcomes children to the event and allows them to experience this unique race. Each year, iEvent is proud to provide a fully equipped temporary structure at the 24H which generates a lot of visibility and donations.

Motorsport sponsorship

iEvent supports young local sportsmen and women every year who share the same values as those of the company. Namely: passion, commitment, love of competition and the desire to surpass themselves. Local sportsmen and women who have been able to count on iEvent’s support for their projects are:
